A three week course developed by Michael Gravel and delivered to a group of enthusiastic senior citizens. The course focused on basic internet practices - email, staying safe while surfing, anti-virus, and choosing a computer.

This is a two-day affair presented as the opening event in the Canadian Authors Association's series of meetings for 2009 / 2010. I'll be joining Kate Welsh, an Edmonton based lawyer, in a discussion and full day workshop on how writers can best use the web. Topics include best practices, promotion, defamation, copyright law, and other cool stuff.
